Participants must be on the starting line before the starting gun sounds. False starts will result in a warning or disqualification.
All participants must visibly wear their start number in the place designated by the organization.
Intentionally obstructing or endangering other participants is prohibited and may result in penalties.
Safety equipment, such as helmets, gloves or reflective clothing, is mandatory where applicable.
Participants must have completed a health declaration before starting. If in doubt, a medical examination may be required.
In the event of an emergency, each participant should stop immediately and provide assistance if safely possible.
